It is a fenced site with cameras where caravans, motorhomes and trailers are stored, with open-air spaces, some of them under solar panels. It is paid by the day, with a lower rate for long stays and an annual contract.

Rates with VAT not stated. The annual price is the one-year contract, at €1.98 a day and €180 a quarter, paid quarterly by direct debit. Single days are also available at €3 a day, with a minimum of 7 days, and long stays at €2.50 a day from 60 nights. The booking is paid in advance (50% of the stay) and you must state the size of the vehicle. The site has basic third-party liability insurance, which does not cover damage to the vehicle. Storage only: you cannot sleep there, wash the outside or carry out repairs in the space, and you cannot stay more than 30 minutes. Access from 8:30 to 21:30.
