If you run a campsite
Write to us from an address of the campsite itself to publish your listing, correct a price that has gone out of date, change your contact details or ask us to take the listing down. The prices we publish come from what each campsite tells us, so a correction from you comes before any other source.
If you are looking for a seasonal pitch
We do not book or act as intermediaries: the pitch is always arranged with the campsite, and every listing has its phone number and website. What we can do is fix a detail you find wrong, or note down a campsite that is missing.
About a published review
To ask for a review to be taken down there is a form below each one, which is what puts the request on record; the review guidelines explain what is accepted and what is removed. By email we handle the campsite's right of reply, written from one of its own addresses.
Data protection
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability are exercised through this same email address. What data we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy.
