Rules for caravan listings
Anyone with an account can list their seasonal caravan here. This page explains what is published, how listings are reviewed and what role we play in the sale.
1. Who can list
Anyone with an account on the site (created by signing in with Google), as a private seller or a professional. Up to three active listings at a time. The only thing published about you is the public name you choose; your email is never shown.
2. What is published
- Seasonal caravans, modules and mobile homes, with 3 to 10 photos of your own and a truthful description of what is for sale.
- Listings by someone entitled to sell what is listed. If the caravan is at a campsite, the campsite may have its own transfer or removal conditions: check them before selling or buying.
3. What is not published
- Products that are not caravans, modules or mobile homes, and duplicate listings.
- Photos that are not of the caravan listed or not yours, and third parties' personal data in the description or photos.
- Prices or details that do not match what is being sold, and anything illegal or misleading.
4. How listings are reviewed
We review every listing before publishing it and, if we reject it, we tell you why. Reviewing a listing does not mean checking that the caravan exists, that it belongs to the seller or that its condition is as described: we do not do that.
5. How long it lasts
A listing stays published for 120 days. When it expires you can renew it from “My listings” in one click and it goes live again straight away, with no review. If you sell earlier, mark it as sold from “My listings”: the page keeps a notice, leaves the list and is removed after six months.
6. Our role
We are a showcase. We do not take part in the sale, charge no commission and are not responsible for what a listing says or for what buyer and seller agree. Always check the paperwork and the condition of the caravan before paying.
7. Mensajes entre comprador y vendedor
Los mensajes se escriben dentro de la web, sin publicar tu correo ni tu teléfono. Nunca pagues por adelantado ni des datos bancarios por mensaje. Puedes bloquear a quien te moleste y denunciar un anuncio o un mensaje; los revisamos. Los mensajes se borran seis meses después de cerrarse el anuncio.
8. How a listing is removed
The person who posted it can mark it as sold at any time. If you see a listing that breaks these rules, write to us and we will review it.
