Campsite set in an oak wood on the edge of Riaza, in north-east Segovia, at the foot of the Ayllón massif and nine kilometres from the La Pinilla ski resort. The grounds are flat and heavily wooded, and there are pitches in three sizes, all with their own water, drainage and electricity connections. Inside there is a swimming pool, a grill restaurant, a café, a shop, a tennis court and a multi-sports court, a playground, a lounge and a function room, a laundry with dryers, a tourist information point and toilet blocks with hot water adapted for reduced mobility.

VAT is included. The caravan stays on the pitch all year and can be used on any weekend, long weekend, public holiday, Easter week, Christmas and the three summer months, plus any odd days you come outside those dates. What the rules —Decree 9/2017 of the Junta de Castilla y León— do not allow is living at the campsite continuously: a campsite is a tourist establishment, not a residential one. The caravan must have its paperwork up to date and be roadworthy. The people registered on the booking are personal and non-transferable, and each extra adult adds €390/year and each child aged 3 to 9, €295/year. Electricity and water are billed separately, by metered consumption.
This rate has been in force since November 2025. There are caravan pitches free, but none for mobile homes. Anyone who does not want a pitch can leave the caravan in a dedicated parking area at the campsite for €840/year including VAT: in that case there is no pitch, and the days you come are charged at the campsite's daily rate with a 20% discount, with no charge for the caravan.
