Camping Monte Holiday

The forfait covers a full calendar year and the caravan stays on the pitch, but the law does not allow more than 180 camping days a year: you can come to the campsite and to your caravan all year round, at weekends, on public holidays and during school holidays, without going over that cap. Payment is annual or half-yearly, and there are no other options. The price depends on whether there are three people —the minimum— or more: the supplement is €520 per adult and €313 per child aged 4 to 11, both with VAT included. Water and electricity are not included: they are charged by consumption, with meter readings every two months. The stay is on the pitch assigned by the campsite management, which reserves the right to change it after telling the customer. The only items covered by the forfait are one caravan or mobile home, one kitchen tent of no more than 3 × 2 m and one car. The difference between the basic and the premium forfait is mainly how roomy and comfortable the pitch is: the premium one has more space, more shade, better views and a 10 A electrical connection.

The campsite publishes both amounts as "from" prices, so they are the starting point of the forfait and not a closed price. The pitch is on natural ground and takes a mobile home, caravan, camper van or motorhome. Only two pitches are free, and the campsite expects to open a few more without giving a date or a number. Its long-stay page spreads the 180 days over eight months and leaves out the stretch from 8 December to 26 March: that is how it words the legal cap, because the forfait covers the full calendar year.
