Right on the beach at Grau de Moncofa, between Castellón and Sagunto. Its two long stays are designed for coming at weekends, public holidays, bank holiday weekends and school holidays, not for being here day to day. Inside there is a water park and swimming pool, restaurant, sports area, padel court, table tennis, children's playground, entertainment and bike hire, plus wifi, toilet blocks, parking and security. No pets.

Reading the pitch meter is the occupant's responsibility, who must report the final reading and pay for consumption. All caravans and vehicles must have theft, fire and civil liability insurance. The campsite provides the awning in the first year of stay, including installation and removal, but not replacement for wear or damage. If the caravan is sold or you leave the campsite, the pitch must be completely vacated, and the pitch is never included in the caravan sale. Visits are free for a maximum of 2 hours by presenting ID and during reception hours; after that they cost 6 € in low season, 10 € in mid-season and 11 € in high season, with a limit of 5 daytime visits and 2 overnight stays per pitch and 50 people per day at the whole campsite. In high season only reserved visits are admitted.

It sells two long stays, A and B, and both are for coming at weekends, on public holidays and bank holiday weekends plus the school holidays within the period: A runs from 6 March to 8 December and B from 28 March to 12 October, the latter with the pitch vacated on the last day. The pitches are 70 m² (7 × 10 m) and have shade in summer. It does not allow dogs, a mobile home cannot be installed and there is no long stay in a bungalow. The campsite keeps a list of regular campers from which it fills the season places that come free.
