A campsite on the shore of the Mar Menor, between Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcázares, with direct access to the beach and the mild climate that brings long-stay campers here outside the summer. The pitches are gravelled, with sail shading and palm trees, and a long stay is bought in two ways: by single months, leaving the caravan parked, or by consecutive nights, which get cheaper once you pass the month. Inside there is a pool with a jacuzzi and a children's area, a restaurant and beach club by the water, a shop, a laundry, barbecues, picnic areas, a playground, a petanque court, washing-up sinks, toilet blocks, wifi, a night watchman and a windsurf club.

The monthly parking rate covers keeping the caravan on the pitch for the whole month; nights spent sleeping in it beyond the eight included are billed according to the season they fall in. Unused nights are not refundable and cannot be carried over to later months, and any use of the facilities counts as an overnight stay. Arrivals and departures are logged at reception with the access card, which must be returned before 18:00; after that time, or if no return is recorded, a full night is charged. Supplements and electricity consumption are paid at reception.
The per-night prices are those of the standard pitch in low season; the Minor, Large and First Line pitches have their own rates, and the campsite also sells mid, high and summer seasons, which are dearer. For monthly parking outside the published months, the campsite refers you to reception.
