Campsite in inland Almería, 500 metres from junction 704 of the A-7, between Los Gallardos, Turre and Mojácar. It does not sell a season by fixed dates: it sells blocks of ten or six months and the camper chooses the dates on signing, with the caravan in place for the whole block —it has to leave at the end—. Utilities go by meter and are charged on actual consumption. Inside there is a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, supermarket, courts, games room, laundry, caravan storage and security.

The amount is paid in a lump sum and gives the right to use the caravan every day as desired. At the end of the stay the caravan must leave the pitch, and it cannot be sold in situ or the contract transferred to another person. The caravan must be in condition to qualify for the offer. Children are not included in long-stay plans, only in short stays. Pets are limited to two per pitch, at 10 € per month each. Additional people, pets and the Confort or Super pitch supplement are charged at the daily rate. The price published by the campsite is for 2025.
