Electricity is charged separately by meter, and the pitch has no water supply or drain. It is paid by monthly bank direct debit, with no early-payment discount. There is no deposit or sign-up fee. The awning and kitchen tent carry no extra charge, as long as they fit inside the pitch without encroaching on neighbouring ones. Visitors and an additional car are charged at that year's rate. As it is a winter campsite, caravans are not moved all year round, and the awning has to be reinforced against snowfall.
