Campsite next to the La Estanca reservoir, on the outskirts of Alcañiz, in the Bajo Aragón. It does not close all year, so the caravan stays in place for all twelve months. Inside there is a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, barbecue area, sports courts, games room and children's playground, plus a triathlon training centre with a multi-purpose room and a bike maintenance area.

The pitch has no water connection or waste water connection of its own: there is a pitch at the campsite designated for greywater discharge and water filling. Electricity consumption is metered and charged each month, separate from the fee. The family unit of two or three people may stay on the pitch; other people wishing to enter the campsite pay entry: 6 € for adults and 4 € for children for a daytime visit without overnight stay, and 20 € for adults and 10 € for children if staying overnight. Dogs or advance payment incur no additional charges: they are included.
The pitch measurements are an average — the campsite gives them as 45-50 m² — not a fixed measurement per pitch.
