It sells a pitch season from 30 April to 19 September, with the caravan set up for the whole time, and when it ends the caravan has to be removed because there is no parking service. Inside there are swimming pools with a water play area, a restaurant, a supermarket, a sports area and entertainment in summer.

The contract includes one pitch, one caravan or tent with awning, one car and one electrical connection; the family unit is four people at most and cannot be changed during the stay. The first payment, €1,000, is made on the day of arrival; the rest of Offer A can be paid in instalments, always before 01/07 to keep that price. The price includes 10% VAT and the tourist tax. When the season ends the caravan has to be removed from the campsite: there is no parking service.
