It sells a single annual pitch season, with the pitches set up for long stays: their own electricity point, water point and drain. Inside there is a restaurant, bar, paella kitchen, swimming pool, padel, sports courts and a children's playground, plus wifi, toilet blocks and parking.

Water
The pitch accepts caravans or mobile homes. Electricity is charged separately, on a quarterly basis and paying only what is consumed, with a maximum power per pitch of 10 A. A deposit of 200 € must be left for cleaning the pitch upon departure and 300 € must be paid for the hire of the shade structure, whose maintenance is the tenant's responsibility; cloths must be green like the rest of the campsite's. Weekdays, except in July and August, the service module has no hot water.
