Here the season is not signed as such —Valencian regulations do not allow annual contracts— but as a long stay by the night: the more consecutive nights you take, the cheaper the day works out. Inside there is a swimming pool and beach access, restaurant, bar, supermarket and children's playground, plus wifi, laundry, parking and security. Pets allowed.

The price is charged per day: it is for the pitch and does not include occupants. The long stay tariff must have at least one occupant and allows a maximum of two—2.90 €/day each for ages 3 to 64, 2.10 €/day from age 65 onwards—; other occupants are charged at the standard rate for stays of less than 30 nights. Pets are 0.95 €/day. Occupants are counted individually and are not interchangeable: the long stay tariff only applies to those staying all nights of the season. If the stay is shortened for any reason, it is recalculated for the days actually spent and 10 € is charged per day shortened, with a minimum of 50 € and a maximum of 150 €; for stays of 90 days or more with 30 days' notice the minimum does not apply and the maximum is reduced to 50 €. The caravan must not extend beyond the pitch boundaries—hedge, fence and yellow line—.
The campsite charges for long stay by day, not as a fixed season: the amount is the daily pitch price multiplied by the nights of the period, and serves as a reference. The daily price decreases with duration, and the bracket corresponding to the nights booked is applied. These 76 nights fall in the bracket of 60 or more.
