Campsite above Carranques beach, in Perlora, 50 metres from the sand and 2 km from Candás, on the central Asturian coast. It sells a single annual pitch season, with eight months' use, and the pitches are not all alike: the campsite grades them A, B and C by size, privacy and views. Inside there is a restaurant, supermarket, table tennis, games room, children's playground, laundry and accessible toilet blocks.

Winter fee is paid solely for caravan storage: these are the months when the campsite is closed or open Friday to Sunday. Electricity up to 6 A is not included and is paid twice yearly: the campsite average is approximately 48 € in winter fee and approximately 110 € in summer fee. Pitch supplements—B, with views or large, +121 €; C, individual with views, large with views or extra large, +165 €—are paid fixed on the chosen pitch. Payment is monthly, before the 10th of each month. Anyone joining with the contract already started is bound to the same contract and does not pay for the period not used.
