Request the removal of a review

If a published review of your campsite states something untrue, identifies you or your customers, or does not describe a stay, tell us here. A person reads it and replies to you.

We reply within 14 calendar days at most. If the review breaks the guidelines it is removed; if it does not, we explain why it stays.
